Do you run?

The friendliest place on the web for anyone who enjoys boating.

Yup, even as a kid I wasn't much of a runner, but I found a rock hurled through
a wasp nest helped wonders.

Greetings,
Only when I eat at Taco Bell...

I think I might have to run the opposite direction if someone suggested TB!
:D

Otherwise, haven't had reason or ability to run for several years (age, injuries, metal replacement parts). Envious of the many who have managed to steer clear of life's hazards and continue to wear out their Nikes....

Anything that requires you to regularly take NSAID's needs to be rethought. Their continued use is dangerous to your long term health. They have too long been thought of as safe for routine use and they just are not.

Pain is a warning and knowing how to read that warning sign vs the normal muscular pain of rebuilding activity is different. However, if it requires you to regularly take NSAID's then it's a problem. The goal isn't seeing how much you can run, the goal is improving your overall health. Trading one issue for another doesn't do that.
