When renewing documentation, will the USGC mail your doc cert to any address you wish?

Are you using a service to do the documentation? If so then the CG would probably mail it to the service.

Yes you can specify it to be sent wherever you want.

We use a service, and they just send it in and bill us. It cost us $5 extra.
