Don't want to hijack the thread, but I'd caution against using a BBB rating as an indicator of reliability. BBB will insure a member's ratings are good if their membership is kept in a higher tier. This involves a higher cost of membership. BBB has no regulatory power, they put on a good marketing front, but membership isn't merit-based in the least, and they'll intimidate businesses with the threat of bad ratings if they don't "take advantage" of the benefits of membership. Not trustworthy.If you order from any of the Dometic suppliers check the BBB rating .. if you order a cooling unit make sure it is s new one not a refurbished one ...
