Flagging Vessel

Greetings.

We are getting ready to purchase a pre-owned trawler (15meters) in Europe and plan to sail the Med for a few years and might bring it home (US waters).

We would like to flag in a non-vat, such as Cayman or one of the Channel Islands.

Can anyone share with me a company that they have worked with that provides this service?
