If your studs are high enough yo can use your engine mounts the raise your engine.
Adjust one corner down. And the two nearest the first a bit over half way like 2nd and 3rd base (in baseball). At that point the opposite mount (2nd base) should be high enough to pull out. Continue that until they are all changed.
This worked fine on my boat but may not w other mounts or other distances between the mounts.
