I sold my immaculately maintained woodie GB42 in 2015 to a gentlemen who took it to Galveston where is was again kept under cover (had been since 1990 with me). He now tells me that for various reasons unrelated to the boat that he will be selling it. I know he has added granite countertops, a new windlass, and took great pains to cover the teak deck rather than to remove it which i advised against. Other than that, I cannot vouch for the current condition of the vessel, but I will bet it still remains a great boat. I had owned the boat since 1986 until selling it in 2015 even living aboard for five years.
