Head/Sliding doors

Hello all.
Does anyone know how I might remove the sliding doors under the sink in the head of my ‘74 GB 32? I cant lift it and pull it out of the track. Looks to me like I’ll have to dismantle the surrounding moulding. Ill try to post a picture.

Never mind. I found the answer. Just needed to calm my frustration and search.

It seems the tabs that extend into the tracks on top of the doors are spring loaded. Push them down and the door pulls away. Now all i have to do is make a tool to get in there and compress the pins without breaking them. I hope

Well- I asked the question...then found the answer on my own anyway....
I thought I’d share the solution that worked for me in case anyone else should search for it:
To remove the sliding doors in the head on my GB 32 I made two flat angled tools to compress the pins that hold the doors in the tracks. Worked well. Ill post pictures.

If the tabs are spring loaded, can't you just push the door "up" to compress them and rotate it out from the bottom?

I wish it were that easy. There’s not enough room in the opening to lift the door up past the rollers at the bottom of the door. So the only way to release the door from the tracks is to compress the tabs at the top of the door.
