Kadey Krogen 42 "Cari" in Sausalito

Has anyone been aboard KK42 hull #36 that's for sale in Sausalito?

The seller is reporting new fuel tanks, but it looks like it still has the original teak decks. It was built in 1983 and has the foam core hull. The price seems quite competitive at $94,000.

User Airstream if I recall has and said it’s decades of deferred maintenance. I found it here on the forum when seeing same boat in YW. Value if I recall is on the slip that one could assume.

I didn’t see the boat in person but spoke with the broker about the boat’s current condition and what would be required to turn it back into a seaworthy KK42.

Long term live-aboard that never leaves the dock. Lots of deferred maintenance. Lots.

Took a long time to make the boat sales ready. Value is on the live-aboard slip not the vessel.

This one is essentially lost.
