KK42 in Boston

There has been a KK42 in Boston for sale for a long time, Has anyone here either looked at it of have any knowledge of the boat?. I did speak with a TF member about a year and a half ago that had looked at all the 42's for sale but lost his info.
For a 42 to sit on the market for so long raises all kind of red flags.

I agree, something’s off. The poor description by the broker doesn’t help:
