Why shouldn't that be included under Kadey Krogen? Aren't the forums based on manufacturers generally?

Just going from memory but, there is no business relationship between Krogen Express and Kadey-Krogen other than a common name. They are and have been two separate companies.

Although Jim Krogen designed both the Krogen Express and the early KK’s the companies were always separate.

Hi Dreamer - I am really new to this Forum but am slowly figuring out how it works......

Where are you located and what model of Krogen Express do you have? Ours is an older 1999 model that is in wonderful shape with us doing a fairly large refit of several items - electronics, Bimini, guest berthing cabin and a few other things...

The boat is in Sturgeon Bay - we're in Maine, getting ready to head out there mid May for a wonderful trip back to the Maine coast.....

PM me with more info and we'll go from there!

If you go to "Community" under Social Groups you should see a Krogen Express page.......as you will see there's no real traffic there YET!!!

I'm still hoping to get more Express owners involved!

Hi John. I have a 2008 KE52 in Detroit. Starting the Loop in Oct.

Coincidentally, my hometown is Sturgeon Bay.

Hi Scott - The 52's are wonderful! Something for us to move up to when the time comes.....

I'm assuming you will one heading north from Detroit, around the corner to Lake Michigan and down into Chicago to the rivers? OR would you be heading east to the Erie and then south?

Take a look at the Community page to find the Krogen Express Group I started.....trying to get people on there!!

We are in Maine and considering an express 49 or 52. (1st choice was kk52 but a little too rich for me) perhaps we could meet up sometime, love to see your boat

Good morning! Sad news from this end!! We were on our way back from Sturgeon Bay last year - had a WONDERFUL trip down through the Trent Severn Waterway - got to New York State and I received a call from my nephew in Seattle.....he told me about the big fire in Lahaina Town on Maui..........I had JUST completed a complete remodel of our small condo there.........it was all burned to the ground.....so sad! Anyway, we ended up selling our beautiful KE49 - the new tender didn't even have a full tank of gas through it........the whole thing was and remains a nightmare!! The person who bought it got one hell of a deal and he is down in NJ.......It's still my hope to get another boat. That trip, although hair raising a few times, was just the best thing I've ever done............if you get a boat you gotta hit the Trent Severn and the North Channel......it is magical! I live right here in Wiscasset so if you ever want to get together let me know.....text me at 207-841-4006 anytime........Good luck in your quest for a boat! It's the ONLY way to go!! Best to ya! John
