What type of pressure while engine is running and warmed up should i see in the crankcase with oil cap removed? A tad vac or some pos pressure?

My engine had positive pressure and the valve/hose on the top of valve cover fed down to the manifold ait intake filter that would suck the fumes back in.same pressure at oil cap.

Same... maybe a bit more pressure up the dip stick tube.

The engine has run great for the last 3800 hours.

You will always get some positive pressure.
