I should note I witnessed first hand a complete survey by Mr. Panico last month on behalf of a friend (the buyer), a Gulfstar 44. Having gone through the boat thoroughly myself, I thought he did a good job and agreed with his subsequent report. Very experienced, pragmatic guy.
