Made an Offer, Need Suggestions for Ventura area Surveyor

Well, I made an offer today but don't know if it is accepted yet. Being an optimist I am looking for recommendations for both a regular MT surveyor, and a mechanical surveyor for Perkins motors. I am in the Los Angeles/Ventura area.

Vaughn is an incredible diesel guy.
Most, if not all of the commercial and tournament guys use him. He's just tough to schedule as he's always busy.

+1 Used him when I bought my boat in that area. Also had him do some work after the purchase. Sure wish he was in San Diego now that my boat is there. He can be hard to schedule. He is in demand.

+1 Bunker Hill. Spoke with him a couple times. Got great info during discussions, but he wasn't available to do my survey. True gentleman to talk to. I hear he is busy with bigger stuff. But give him a try.

Thanks for the recommendations folks. It appears that I am the back up offer since I had to throw in a contingency of my current boat being sold (currently under contract). Oh well, lots of boats out there.

We were/are in the same boat. Made an offer, missed it by a day or so. Then during the first buyer's survey/sea trial, a turbo blew, and there were other mechanical issues. That saved us several hundred bucks...

And potentially thousands...
