Marine Electrician Recommendation

I'm looking for a good marine electrician in the Norfolk/Hampton Virginia area. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Put a wanted add in the local pennysaver.

With the US Navy there I'm sure a trained person can be located.

Or get a pass go on the main base and ask where the hobby shop is , then ask .
