Nova sundecker 44

Hi guys
We have a huuuge problem with our sliding door on our nova sundecker 44. The door is so hard to slide, and it is metal against metal in the lower part. It is like it is hanging a bit to low, as the locking mechanism also sits to low. Anyone who has had the same problem and fixed it?

I ended up putting new rollers under my door, then everything matched back up. I just bought a bag of them off of amazon that were close to the same dimension.

Something like this is what I used.

If I would have to do it again I’d probably just put a piece of slick plastic on the bottom of the door the correct thickness.
