Onan MDKD Heat Exchanger & Hoses

Hey all - I ordered a replacement HE from Lenco and figure I should go ahead and replace the hoses while I'm at it. I can order from cummins, but I'm curious if I need all of the pre-molded hoses or if I can order the flex hoses (something like the trident flex). Maybe a stupid question, but thought I'd ask anyway. Thanks in advance!

Coolant hoses MDKD

I have this genny 8kw and back in the spring pulled the heat exchanger and cleaned and replaced all the hoses. I had to replace the end caps on the heat exchanger, they were both cracked. Put in a new raw water impeller while I was at it. All the hoses are pretty much pre-formed so I would recommend you get them from Cummins. The ones on the front of the engine are pretty tight so I can't see using anything else.
