Any ideas how to get rust stains of swim platform from non stainless stainless bolts? It’s on the non skid so wet sanding is not an option.

If it's gelcoat, the FSR gel should do the trick. Or Starbrite makes a spray on rust stain remover that works well. I'm not sure if either can be used safely on paint though.

Try some serial dousing with Wink.

Oxalic acid works well to dissolve rust "transfer" on items. It is safe on fiberglass, wood and SS hardware

Bar Keepers Friend is a powder and available on many grocery & hardware stores. Removes rust as well as brown stain... mustache at bow and on swim decks. Wet the surface, sprinkle some on and spread it evenly with a scrub brush on non- skid, wait a few mins & rinse off.
Works wonders on SS.
