Hi All,
We have enjoyed reading the posts on Trawler Forum and hope to learn more as we get up to speed on our 2005 Nordic Tug 37. We love the boat, and she is presenting opportunity for many winter projects as we prep for extensive cruising in 2025. We have been sailors for the past several decades with simpler systems and a secondary source of power. Adapting to the change, we value the expertise of the members here and their experiences.

Many of us here have done the same transition. Welcome aboard.

Make sure your fuel tanks are clean - I found out otherwise on the delivery cruise. Fuel polishing followed by new primary and secondary fuel filters will help you sleep well. (Also former sailor.)

BTW, NT 37 is a great boat per two friends who have them - active long distance captains/admirals.
