Two women with some offshore experience wanted to join a proven passage-maker for Oct. 2024 departure from Pacific Northwest for:
-Central America & Panama
-February - Canal transit
-Winter's remainder - Gulf of Mexico/Caribbean
-Springtime - northbound along Atlantic Coast
-Summer - Atlantic crossing to Northern Europe
(numerous options thereafter)
Port calls will be collectively researched & decided for when & where the above schedule & safety permit.
Owner-Captain & Chief are mature & experienced gentlemen & maritime professionals covering all onboard expenses –– fuel, food, spares & consumables. Neither pay nor strings nor expectations included.
The vessel is a stout 63 ft Dutch-built, full displacement, steel motor yacht stabilized with CAT & Northern Lights power, water-maker, SatCom, etc. etc. . . . all renovated & revived over the past three years; vessel constructed, maintained, outfitted & proven for high seas passages.
Contributions expected include maturity, good cheer, responsible & dedicated sharing of normal crew duties aboard a safe & ship-shape vessel e.g. watch-standing, culinary (light & wholesome), provisioning, light maintenance (inside & out) . . . plus being a good shipmate contributing to the community onboard.
Shared stateroom [3@ + guest room & 2@ heads/showers] with lots of time & space for yourself.
