Swim ladder recommendations

We are currently without a swim ladder on our 86’ OA 42 Sedan. We have a glass swim platform setup with a Weaver Davit for a 9’ rib. My wife’s desire is to acquire a larger rib with a steering wheel instead of the motor steering it’s set up with now. Keeping that in mind, what swim ladders do you think are the best for this future setup. I like the teak steps since our sliding doors are teak, but will be willing to switch to poly if that is a comfortable/ safe solution. Would grab bars secured to the top of the deck platform interfere with a larger davit system?
