Solid Teak Original Style Table Top 52L x 27” W x 2” T ​

· All materials will be First European Quality (FEQ) Teak Lumber.
· Table Top Body – 1” Thick
o The borders will be selected with closest matching grain and color.
o All individual boards will be joined using a spline connection and “West System G-Flex Epoxy”.
· A Peripheral Boarder will be 2” W x 2” T. The boarder pieces will be assembled to the center panel (Table body) via mortise and tenon joinery and “West System” G-Flex Epoxy.
There will be baking plate installed on the bottom for support pedestal ( please, specify dimensions and distance from outside edge of the Table Top.
· The Side next to the wall will be straight all the way across. The side far from the wall will have 6” radiuses on the corners. The peripheral top and bottom edges will be rounded over.
There will be additional Teak board attached to the straight side of the Table Top for mounting to the wall.
· Finish sanded, cleaned, and ready for application of finish coats.
· Finish Coats:
o Base Coats – 2-Part Clear Epoxy
o Top Coats – 2-Part Clear Polyurethane – Semi-Gloss Finish
Pricing:
Solid Teak Table Top with Semi-Gloss Finish: $1,425.00
Florida Sales Tax: 7%

Lead Time:
Typically, 6-7 weeks, dependent upon prior commitment and date of order entry.
Payment:
Via either Wire Transfer, a Check payable to AP Custom Teak, LLC or via CC (Discover, Visa, MC), Zelle, PayPal, Venmo.
60% Deposit with order
40% Balance when the components are ready for pickup.
Note: 3.0% added to all CC transactions.

I went back and looked at the original quote and it was $610. After contacting several other companies and getting quotes much higher I went back to AP Custom Teak and yes the price did change. My original quote was for unfinished and I never asked for a specific thickness. After adding just the finish my original quote would have been closer to $1100. The table I am getting is 1" thick, 2" sides with rounded corners. Finished in semi-gloss. I included a picture if the table unfinished. And the price is $1425. I do plan on showing the owner my original price quote. But compared to other prices I got this is still reasonable.
