Victron Cerbo External Alarm

Victron has a very poor setup on the audio alarm on the Cerbo where the volume is so low it can't be heard unless the Cerbo is in plain sight and you are very close to it. I really would like an external audio alarm to warn me when AC power from the generator or shore power has been switched off. I don't see a way to do this directly as the relays provided only do specific preprogrammed functions. Has anyone hacked into the Cerbo to change the way the relays work so that an external alarm is feasible?

No hacking required. You want to configure Relay 1 as an Alarm Relay which is available via Menu->Settings->Relay. Works great!

Thanks. I hadn't looked at it in a few years but finally got tired of not hearing alarms. Need to find my stash of Victron connectors and find a buzzer.
