whale - aqualock compatability?

hi all,

we have the blue and red plastic plumbing pipe on our pdq. right now we have all whale connectors. i believe the pipe is 15mm od. my question is can i use aqualock fittings as well as whale?

I’ve got the same blue and red pipes on my setup, and I’ve used both Whale and Aqualock fittings without any issues. They both seem to fit the 15mm OD pipe just fine. I mixed them up in a few places, and everything’s held up great so far! Just double-check your connections to make sure they're tight.

Be sure the Aqualock fittings are for metric pipe sizes, not PEX pipe sizes. They are different, and although they may appear to work initially, they won't hold up.
