I'm looking for a place to print 4 of these with a 3D printer in Graphene so they are flexible on aluminum 25' hulls. Any recommendations ? Thanks.

Actually that would probably look much better than the ones I showed in the pictures. Thank you for the idea. I appreciate the help. Should I use layers or try to find 1.5" starboard? If using a couple of .75" (3/4") layers what is the best way of glueing the starboard together besides 5200?

Do a Google search for "Starboard scraps". A quick look showed available thickness to 1.5". Lots of manufacturers sell cuts (remains from sheet material). Considering the size you need, I'm confident you will find 1.5" material at a reasonable cost.

As an aside, my understanding is that Starboard is notoriously difficult to glue. So I wouldn't try laminating it.

Yep, Starboard doesn't glue to anything. It's wonderful stuuff, but don't ask it to marry.
