I'm looking for a place to print 4 of these with a 3D printer in Graphene so they are flexible on aluminum 25' hulls. Any recommendations ? Thanks.
Do a Google search for "Starboard scraps". A quick look showed available thickness to 1.5". Lots of manufacturers sell cuts (remains from sheet material). Considering the size you need, I'm confident you will find 1.5" material at a reasonable cost.Actually that would probably look much better than the ones I showed in the pictures. Thank you for the idea. I appreciate the help. Should I use layers or try to find 1.5" starboard? If using a couple of .75" (3/4") layers what is the best way of glueing the starboard together besides 5200?
Yep, Starboard doesn't glue to anything. It's wonderful stuuff, but don't ask it to marry.Actually that would probably look much better than the ones I showed in the pictures. Thank you for the idea.
