Windshield adjuster

On a Marine Trader 34 I recall seeing a pair of*elegant heavy duty windshield adjusters that had stationary horizontal rods running fore and aft.*A second*pair of rods pivoted from the windshield and had a clamp knobs sliding on the horizontal rods.

Does anybody know the manufacturer and part number of such an assembly?
