Anyone have to remove the oil pan on a GB 46 classic. It looks like it would drop down enough but getting it out between the engine and the stringer would be a problem. I hate the thought of lifting the engine. Any thoughts?

I replaced a pan on that motor on a similar boat, remove exhaust pipe . Remove nuts from all motor mounts. I used a bottle jack and a scissor jack to lift the front of the motor, pan feel off. Hardest part of the job was removing the rusted bolts holding the oil pan. I remember several years ago the pan cost 12 to 1400 dollars. And had to wait for cat to make a run of them

On my 3208 in a GB 42 single we had to lift entire engine to get to the oil pan and replace it.
