It ain't the paint, Brightsides is a nice paint, nothing special. No paint will survive over trapped moisture even 2 part paints like Awlgrip or Perfection.

Brightsides problem

Just my two cents worth:
What solvent did you use to wipe down surface prior to paint application and were the rags clean? Did you use a one way, lifting motion or a circular motion?

I’ve never seen blisters like that. When I was selling Interlux products, if I had a problem I would ask the Interlux sales rep in my area to take a look at it. I don’t know if they are all as good as Joe, but he knew his stuff. Ask Interlux to have their local rep stop by and take a look.

IF a specific product has a dedicated thinner; USE IT!
I do with Interlux 2-part & I (used to) on 1 Part… but I’m done there!
A good point in wipe off; circles just relocates what hasn’t moved to the cloth…. And always give more time for off-gassing. ‘Looks ready’ prob isn’t ready!
