Recommendations: SW Florida Realtor

Hi,
With any luck I hope to purchase a winter home or condo in SW Florida in the next 2 years. My wife and I will be taking a few trips down to visit my mother in Naples and I'm hoping to sneak in a few visit of potential places to look.

I'm partial to Naples as I know and love it but am willing to see coastal towns up to Tampa.

I'd rather start with a knowledgeable buyers agent and have them warm up my wife to the idea of a second home. Who knows the market well and can help kick off this journey for us?

I can highly recommend Kenneth Roland of Keller Williams in Punta, Gorda Florida. He was our "buyers agent" when buying a condo and our "sellers agent" while selling it a few years later.

Naples to Tampa is a wide area and it will probably take as much as a half dozen or so agents to cover that area with people who are knowledgeable about their local market.
