What is the max range of your OA?

Curious - what is the max range you have ever taken your OA? We have an 48' OA 486 and estimate our max range at 1500nm although we have not gotten close to that without topping off along the way.

How brave are some of you?

It all depends on how fast. Your OA’s range will be twice as far at 7 kts than at 15.

I just logged 650nm I still had 125 gallons on board. I was mostly operating at speed. Had range been a concern I think I can make 1500nm but not at the speed I am accustomed to traveling at.
