I have these strange attachements to the exterior on both sides of the super structure, inline with the boarding ladder. I have a Marquipt 6 step ladder. I'm assuming it's related to that in some way, but maybe not. I've asked many captains and other Gulfstar owners, but no one knows. Before I remove them and seal the holes, I'd like to at least know what they did. Ideas??

I think they were....

4 holes on bottom were an antenna base.
The fitting right above was a cable gland.
The upper fitting was an antenna standoff/holder with rod slipped into the hole and set screw held it in place or it was screwed in.

Psneeld, yup looks exactly like that! I was hoping for the ladder tie down of some sort, but you hit it with the antenna mount. With three mounts already on the flybridge they get sealed up. Thanks for the help. Mystery solved! Richard B.
