After Removing teak deck

I would clean up the holes, countersink them and fill with thickened epoxy. By countersinking the holes you will enable the epoxy to get deeper into the holes. Once they are filled paint the deck with Kiwigrip.
 
Not sure it`s that simple. Usual practice is to replace the stiffness/strength the teak afforded with 2 layers of fiberglass, fair it, and then paint, quite a job, I had the bow/fwd areas done on the IG36 where I chose not to put fresh teak at risk of weather.
 
Glassing isn’t a bad idea. The great thing about Kiwigrip is that you don’t have to do a good a job fairing before painting.
