Charles Charger 60A

I have this nice charger that doesn't work. Checked AC & DC fuses, all ok. Charles RIP. Is it junk or anything else i can check/fix ?

We replaced ours years ago. My friends 40’ mainship overcooked his batteries and another friends Mainship 395 had one battery burst. I would junk it. Ended up buying a ProMariner 63140 ProNauticP Series 1240P 12-Volts 40-Amp Battery Charger. Amazon.com
