and if that is full the City of Palatka, waterfront next to the bridge, now has transient, gated slips with water and electric. I believe $1/ft min 30 ft.

As this is the first year Palatka has had municipal transient slips (yes?) I will be curious to see how much snowbird traffic diverts to the St Johns River. I have lived around here for 18 years and rarely have seen a snow bird in the winter.
