one question about what hose clamp to use.

this is a brass right angle elbow 3/16" Hose ID Barb - 1/4" NPT. What goes on the barb is a 4x10mm fuel hose (hose OD is 10.5mm after fit on the barb)
I wanted to use a 10.5mm constant tension clamp or ABA 10mm stainless clamp, but just noted the band width is 12mm and 9mm, a little longer than the barb length ~7.5mm

what clamp should be used here?

I'd use the constant tension, thinking this for the diesel heater. Not a high pressure app.

yes, for a diesel heater.
so both clamps work to seal the connection.
thought the clamp band width need to shorter than the shank to clamp a good seal.
