Has anyone had better luck with the lifespan of a particular type of flexible clear tubing, safe for water tank sight gauges? I have the same size tubing for the fuel tanks and have already replaced them before; 3/8" ID X 1/2" OD. For fuel it is a Versalon product from US Plastics, but I don't think Versalon is meant for water.
Now its time for me to replace the hazy looking water sight gauge tubing and just sifting through the many kinds of clear tubing available...

Both the FEP and the PFA versions of Versilon are certified for food use, why not use those for water?

Which Versilon did you use for the fuel tanks?

from the invoice, looks like it was VERSILON C-210-A PU
I guess that's an option but US Plastics, though they won't recommend a specific product, did say I should look for one that "meets NSF standards". That C-210-A meets FDA... but it does not mention NSF...
Anyway, just wondering if anyone else has tackled it recently or found a tubing product they liked.

McMaster-Carr has a lot of sight glass options including Pyrex glass.

Thanks for all the comments. I also got a response back from my OEM and they recommended

Tygon® S3™ B-44-3
