Step 1. This may be a very easy problem. Simply unplug EVERY electrical device you have that has a 3 prong plug. Lamps, toasters, refrigerator, blow dryer. Don’t forget the less obvious! For example; do you have an AC search light? I’m betting one of these devices is the issue.
