I always support Doug’s team. We watched the game that afternoon while at anchor. Just one more advantage to having such a solid, comfortable boat, our home away from home.

Doug’s recovery is going amazingly well. He doesn’t need any surgery for the punctured lung because the puncture was so small. He’s having very little pain and we were able to easily :dance:bring Alba Bella home from Roche Harbor yesterday.

We had a similar experience going into Sydney last week. They asked a lot of questions about guns including if we had ever owned guns. I finally commented that we don’t like guns and wish our guns laws were stricter which seemed to surprise the agent. I just thought it was a sad statement...

Here’s a very simple (and free) hack we came up with to silence the sound of the cord pulls hitting the wall while underway. We loop the weighted end of the pull through the bottom part of the stationery cord leaving no room for the pull to swing and hit the wall.

We were finally able to get a picture of where we put our refrigerator/freezer in our lazarette. We have not strapped it down, but are considering putting a silicon mat underneath it to keep it in place.

We are the ones with the shower caps. We are using them until we can get the custom shades mentioned above. The only problem is that the port window in the shower is too big for the shower caps.
