FREEDOM is a 2004 31 TE equipped with 900 hr twin Yanmar LPA-STP's, Northern Lights M673D 5 kw, two Reverse Cycle AC/Heat pumps, a complete Furuno suite with independent redundant MFD's, many added accessories, and replacement of ALL original equipment aside from the two Isotherm refrigerators, generator, spotlight, engines and transmissions. Capacities are 60 gallons water tankage, 30 gallons holding tankage, 300 gallons fuel tankage and presently filled. FREEDOM has always performed admirably to return us to safety through conditions which kept most boats in harbor. Being a boat, she has been a labor of love and was continuously improved and studiously maintained. I am not in a hurry to part ways after investing well over $200 K and countless hours, but will sell to the correct appreciative, and knowledgeable, buyer for $150 K. I will be completely honest for better or worse, but will not engage in the customary broker routine of starting high before dickering, dickering, dickering to a final price. The boat is in Everett WA under cover with possible transfer of the slip for a PNW buyer. For seriously interested parties, showings and test rides can be arranged before hull and mechanical surveys.
